**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** The Skilled Construction Technician collaborates with a team to build houses within a manufacturing facility. Proficiency is required in one of the following areas: mud & tape, tiling, painting, or roof framing. **Responsibilities** + Perform mud & tape work, ensuring seamless finishing of drywall surfaces to a Level 5 finish. + Execute tiling installations with precision and attention to detail. + Conduct painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats. + Undertake roof framing duties, following specifications and safety guidelines. + Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion. + Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. + Join materials with the most appropriate nail, screw, staple, or adhesive. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mudding, carpentry, taping, construction, or framing. + Experience in finish drywall, hand tool usage, and blueprint interpretation. + General labor skills in rough carpentry and power tool operation. + Knowledge of commercial construction and installation techniques. + Ability to use a tape measure, metal stud installation, and door fitting. + Experience with hand and power tools, trim work, and new construction. + Skills in painting, cabinetry, building, and wood framing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proven experience in mud & tape, tiling, painting, or roof framing within residential construction settings. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team dedicated to building quality homes in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
