Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking skilled laborers to join our team at our newly opened plant in Florence, TX. As a laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and performing various labor tasks to support our concrete production operations.

ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain the facility, including bathrooms, break rooms, and production floors.Perform labor tasks involved in concrete production.Work with hand and power tools to assemble structures.Load and unload materials and equipment.Assist in setting up equipment around the plant.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor, construction, and production environments.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to use measuring tools effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to consistently lift 50+ lbs.Preferred experience in construction or heavy industrial manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is a heavy industrial manufacturing plant, operating both indoors and outdoors. Expect conditions to be hot in summer and cold in winter, with a focus on manual labor involving bending, standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks. The first shift starts at 7:00 AM, working 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, soon transitioning to Monday through Saturday. Employees receive 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed shoes and met guards are required, while all other PPE will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
