Our field division is seeking reliable and hardworking Field Technicians to join our installation crew. If you thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy working outdoors with a tight-knit team, we want to hear from you. **🔧 Responsibilities** + Report to the shop at **5:30 AM** each morning to prep with the crew + Load and organize materials for daily job site tasks + Assist the foreman with transportation to job sites (travel time is paid) + Prepare installation areas by moving and shoveling materials + Set precast concrete walls, seal joints and corners using caulk guns + Tighten bolts and ensure walls are level and plumb using hand tools + Maintain a clean job site by removing debris and trash **✅ Qualifications & Skills** + Prior experience in **general labor** , **construction** , **landscaping** , or **concrete work** + Ability to **lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs frequently** + Comfortable with **standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting** throughout the day + Proficient in using **hand tools** and reading measurements with a **tape measure** + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset **🎯 Why Join Us?** + Paid travel time to job sites + Opportunity to work on high-impact construction projects + Supportive crew environment with hands-on training + Room for growth and advancement within the company **Apply NOW!
