As a skilled laborer you will be responsible anything from site clean up and preparation to light carpentry work. Must have a construction background and a willingness to show up on time in proper PPE and be ready to work. Safety and Compliance + Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently. + Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met. Requirements Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
