Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive QuickBase Developer to support the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) by designing, developing, and maintaining QuickBase applications that streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support monitoring and reporting needs. This role also includes managing SIU digital assets, conducting user access reviews, and supporting SharePoint site development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBase Development & Maintenance
Design, build, and maintain custom QuickBase applications tailored to SIU workflows and business needsCollaborate with SIU stakeholders to gather requirements, define application logic, and implement solutionsDevelop dashboards, reports, and automation to support investigations, compliance, and performance monitoringTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experienceAsset Inventory Management
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of SIU-owned digital assets, including business-owned applications, shared mailboxes, network drives & other relevant tools and systemsEnsure proper documentation and version control for all assetsManage permissions and access changesPerform periodic user access reviews across SIU systems and applicationsEnsure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirementsSharePoint Development & Support
Develop and maintain SIU SharePoint sites to support collaboration, document management, and knowledge sharingCustomize SharePoint pages, lists, and libraries to meet team needsProvide user support and training on SharePoint features and best practicesRequired Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience developing and maintaining QuickBase applicationsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare fraud, waste and abuse Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of productsExperience with SharePoint site development and administrationFamiliarity with access control and user permission managementEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
