Site Supervisor
**Job Title: Site Supervisor $60,000/yr.+** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Project to present accurate project details to customers and management. This role involves developing professional and positive relationships with both potential and current customers, as well as understanding and managing project contracts, cost estimates, and schedules. Responsibilities + Review contracts and purchase orders for assigned projects, ensuring comprehension of payment terms, job cost estimates, and schedules. + Issue purchase orders to contractors and equipment rental vendors. + Generate and update project schedules, communicating changes to customers and internal teams. + Monitor project status, identifying potential delays and advising on how these will affect schedules. + Compare actual, committed, and forecasted costs against budgeted costs, working with team members to find cost-effective solutions. + Schedule and conduct periodic conference calls and meetings with customers to keep them informed of project progress. + Travel to customer facilities for pre-meetings, site inspections, and project closure reviews. + Collaborate with the sales team to anticipate possible delays and communicate with the accounting team to ensure timely invoice submissions. + Provide weekly project updates and resource planning reports. + Maintain comprehensive project folders from start to finish. + Build customer relationships to support future business opportunities and advise the sales team of potential leads. + Look for opportunities to improve information and product flow to enhance efficiency. + Directly supervise job sites as required. + Perform additional responsibilities as needed for successful growth and operational execution. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft software packages, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Teams. The work environment is a heavy industrial manufacturing facility focused on building induction heating and melting equipment. The facility is busy, with parts everywhere, reflecting the high demand and fast-paced nature of the work. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of WARREN, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60000.00/yr.
