Job Title: Site Superintendent

Job Description

This role involves supervising quick service restaurant renovations, ensuring that all sub trades are reviewed and that project timelines are adhered to promptly. The position requires consistent travel, as projects can last from 2 to 6 weeks. Recordkeeping and information will be maintained in an online database.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage quick service restaurant renovation projects.Review and oversee sub trades to ensure project timelines are met.Consistently travel to project sites, with each project lasting 2-6 weeks.Maintain accurate records and information in an online database.

Must Haves

5+ years of experience as a site supervisor in the commercial construction industry, preferably within the quick service restaurant sector.Strong construction and subcontractor management skills.Ability to manage sub-trades and scheduling effectively.Proficiency in construction software and hands-on trade skills.Experience with inspections, project close-outs, and fire suppression systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in quick service restaurant projects, such as those with Popeyes or Burger King.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position out of southern Ontario and potential travel to the United States with all accomodation/mileage/expenses covered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
