Direct Hire position$75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing millwork projects at different job sites throughout the country. You will collaborate closely with project managers, production planners, subcontractors, and installers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. This role requires extensive travel, flexibility, and a strong ability to adapt to various work environments.
Site Superintendent - Millwork Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in millwork installation and supervision preferred.Strong knowledge of millwork construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.Proven experience in managing and leading millwork installation teams.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and shop drawings.Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Willingness to travel extensively and work on different job sites as required.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
