**Site Superintendent needed For commercial warehouse construction!!!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to oversee operations on a 12-hour shift basis, either from 7am to 7pm or from 7pm to 7am. This role involves assisting in managing a crew of 24 employees, ensuring that all site activities run smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Observe and report on the quality of work, incidents, and employee performance. + Utilize computer and Excel skills for reporting purposes. + Ensure site organization allows the crew sufficient space to complete job duties. + Delegate tasks and assist the superintendent with maintaining progress on 2-week look-ahead plans. + Attend business meetings, take notes, and report findings. + Understand business aspects and communicate professionally during meetings. + Organize the site to ensure everyone is on task and has room to perform their duties. + Make decisions regarding firing employees and interviewing potential talent. + Recommend hiring needs based on project requirements. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in project management and construction supervision. + Experience in Earthworks Divisions and Industrial Buildings. + Ability to manage subcontractors and understand blueprint designs. + Strong skills in quality control and site development. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA certification. + Previous experience in earthwork. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
