**Job Title: Site Safety Superintendent** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced site safety superintendent to lead safety operations on the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery rehabilitation project. This significant federal government-supported project will span a minimum of three years, requiring meticulous attention to safety standards throughout the duration. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise all safety operations on the commercial construction site. + Ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1926.16 and other Federal, State, and local safety requirements. + Meet the Quality Control and Health & Safety qualifications specified in project specifications. + Serve as the designated Prime Contractor Site Safety and Health Officer. + Supervise construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. + Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain safety standards on federal or government projects. **Essential Skills** + Five years of construction industry safety experience or three years with CSP or CSHT certification. + Capability to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and requirements. + Designated Prime Contractor Site Safety and Health Officer experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. + OSHA 500 and OSHA 30 certifications. + Safety degree from an accredited university or college. + Experience with commercial construction site safety supervision. + Experience with federal or government projects. **Why Work Here?** This project offers a minimum three-year engagement with the chance to collaborate with a major general contractor, providing an excellent opportunity to build relationships and network for future projects. **Work Environment** This role requires working outdoors on a commercial construction site, ensuring safety compliance in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Annville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $52.88/hr.
