We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support clinical trial activities in compliance with all applicable regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, logical thinking, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:EDC entry and query resolutionMaintain regulatory binder and ensure compliance with documentation standardsSchedule and coordinate subject visits and proceduresDevelop strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with study team membersBuild trust and respect with investigators and office staffAssist with screening, recruiting, and enrolling research subjectsPerform patient/research participant scheduling and collect historyCoordinate follow-up care and laboratory proceduresAdhere to IRB-approved protocols and assist in informed consent processesSupport the safety of research subjectsComply with company and Sponsor policies, SOPs, and guidelinesQualifications:Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting preferredWorking knowledge of clinical trials and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)Familiarity with protocol-specific procedures, consent forms, and study schedulesProficiency in EDC entry and query resolutionExperience in visit scheduling and regulatory binder upkeepStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsApplicable certifications and licenses as required by company, state, or regulatory bodiesPlease note: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

The potential base pay range for this role is $25.00-$39.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
