Our client is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting various cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive thinking, and a passion for automation, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Create dashboards to observe, monitor, and set up alert systems across multiple platforms and tools.
+ Provide oversight for production operations to maximize reliability and automation.
+ Design, develop, and evolve SRE procedures, tooling, and scalable solutions to enhance service quality.
+ Implement full-stack observability, monitoring, and event management integrations.
+ Build and manage CI/CD frameworks, release management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong knowledge of creating dashboards and alert systems using tools like Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, and Thousand Eyes.
+ Experience in developing and rolling out CI/CD pipelines, release management, and IaC using Terraform, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, or similar tools.
+ Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on infrastructure automation.
+ Good developer background with the ability to relate application layers to infrastructure platforms.
+ Ability to quickly learn new tools, scripting languages, or frameworks as needed.
