Site Operative

Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Site Operatives to join a leading wet room installation company based near Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Site Operative:Install tilebacker board, drainage systems, shower floor build up and waterproofing membranes to bathroomsWorking on construction projects in London and the South East of EnglandWorking as part of an installation teamDeliver a professional service to customersTake a proactive approach Health & Safety standardsComplete paperwork and administrative tasks relating to the projectWork closely with supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly and to help with problem solving when necessary
Requirements:
Full UK Driving licenceExperience working on construction sitesConfident with a variety of hand toolsInterest in installationConfidence in dealing with customers and suppliersStrong knowledge of the construction industry
The Site Operative role:
Varied hours of 40 – 48 hours per weekEarly start times from 6am onwardsSalary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany wide bonus schemes
