Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the planning and execution of tool installations for our client at their North Phoenix location. This onsite role requires effective leadership and supervision of Technicians and Field Engineers. The Site Manager will manage project planning, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for project execution. This is a long-term opportunity that will support one of the most prominent megaprojects in the United States.
Job Responsibilities
General OverviewEnsure the creation and adherence to installation site safety procedures.Own the project safety execution, conduct regular audits, and investigate incidents.Address and resolve challenging situations with customers, contractors, and team members.Project ExecutionOversee project execution and deliverables, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installation. Supervise on-site personnel.Interpret project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Develop the installation work plan and schedule.Organize and guide installation resource plans on-site to fulfill project requirements.Act as the liaison with customers for all installation-related activities. Oversee communication with project stakeholders.Handle project modifications, implement corrective measures, and revise project plans and documentation.Finalize and disseminate project installation reports.Execute project closure, aiding in project acceptance and handover by finalizing all installation documentation.Project PlanningDevelop and oversee installation site management documents, including the organizational chart and contact details.Pinpoint project risks related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.Formulate and oversee the installation quality plan and the document control strategy for projects.LeadershipGuide, mentor, train, and develop company and contractor project teams. Offer support and direction to team members.Promote team communication and define expectations, roles, and responsibilities.Arrange training, team advancement, and mentoring to enhance their technical, safety, quality, and interpersonal skills.Job Requirements
Either an Associate's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Technical School Certification; or a Military Certification2+ years of experience in Project Management and Team Oversight for Field Service Engineers sustaining or installing equipmentElectromechanical experience and familiarity with products such as Motors, Multimeters, Proximity Sensors, and Conveyor BeltsFamiliarity and working knowledge of Electrical Diagnostic Instruments, as well as relevant Shop and Hand ToolsAbility to read Electrical Schematics and Blueprints to diagnose and troubleshoot Electromechanical DevicesProven experience to effectively interact with customers, utilizing strong interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret technical instructions in various formsAdditional Qualifications
Previous experience with Semiconductor Automation, Equipment, or FacilitiesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw accurate conclusionsAbility to read/write business reports, present information, and respond to questionsAbility to navigate mathematical diagrams with abstract or concrete variablesAbility to travel upwards of 25% of the time as-needed, including internationalStrong Time Management, Safety Mindset, and Communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and MS Project)Bilingual in English and Japanese is preferred but not requiredAbility to meet physical demands of the jobAbility to learn and apply new skillsWork Environment
The role operates on a compressed workweek schedule, consisting of 11.5-hour shifts with 6 hours of overtime every other week. The work is conducted onsite at a growing Semiconductor facility, managing installation technicians and collaborating with customers to install material handling equipment. While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The role requires occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Appropriate attire includes jeans and a polo shirt.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
