Our client, a leading organization in property management and facility services, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting client relationships and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Site Manager
**Location:** Oakland, CA
**Pay Range: $36 -$42/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the Facility Manager in delivering services to operate and maintain the property, including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support corporate real estate goals.
+ Oversee day-to-day activities across all assigned real estate locations, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
+ Monitor and improve service levels by regularly reviewing KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Support compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
+ Minimum of two years of experience in facility management, corporate environment, or related service industry.
+ Excellent customer service, communication, and managerial skills.
+ Basic knowledge of building systems such as mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools.
