Job Title: Site ManagerJob Description The Health Center Site Manager is a leadership role responsible for providing overall operational management of a fast-paced, multi-specialty site's activities. This position oversees daily clinic operations to ensure effective systems are in place, exceptional patient and staff experiences are delivered, and quality and regulatory standards are consistently met. It fosters high-performing, motivated teams and maintains a welcoming, cohesive, and collaborative work environment. The role blends administrative oversight with a strong understanding of clinical workflows, making it well-suited for an individual with healthcare operations experience and a patient-centered, team-oriented approach. Responsibilities + Monitor staff workflows and ensure assigned tasks are completed. + Oversee Epic work queues and in-baskets to ensure same-day responses when possible, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. + Respond to patient complaints in real-time and conduct timely investigations. + Remain responsive to staff needs by troubleshooting issues or engaging the appropriate resources. + Maintain staff morale and build trust by ensuring concerns and tasks are addressed promptly. + Collaborate with other department managers when challenges are identified that impact patients or staff. + Provide direct supervision of the Office Coordinator and Patient Navigator, and co-supervise clinical support staff. + Provide day-to-day management of clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and clinic throughput. + Resolve operational and medical-administrative issues in collaboration with Medical Site Directors. + Monitor adherence to clinic operating policies and procedures in conjunction with the Clinical Services Department. + Lead initiatives to improve access, no-show rates, cycle times, and care coordination. + Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff in partnership with Human Resources and the Director of Operations. + Conduct annual performance evaluations, competency reviews, and corrective actions when needed. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, HRSA, and the Joint Commission. + Collaborate with Revenue Cycle on registration accuracy, insurance verification, claims, and collections. + Monitor provider productivity, visit utilization, and associated performance metrics. + Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations regarding staffing, performance indicators, operational risks, and site needs. Essential Skills + 3–5+ years of healthcare administrative or management experience. + Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care operations. + Strong supervisory experience with 10+ employees. + EMR proficiency; Epic strongly preferred. + Strong leadership, communication, and team building abilities. + Ability to analyze operational data and drive performance improvements. + Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, HRSA, and Joint Commission standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. + Experience working within an FQHC environment. + Previous supervisory experience in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting. Work Environment Located at Holly Hill Lane, Greenwich, the work environment is a multi-specialty medical clinic. The position requires overseeing a team of more than 10 people. The team environment is described as wonderful and close-knit, fostering a culture of teamwork and support. Physical demands include regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, and occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Local travel between clinic sites and community events may be required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwich, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
