The Site Maintenance Manager will lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. This role involves developing business plans for the Maintenance Department and implementing reliability plans to improve facility uptime. The position requires a focus on innovation, work method improvement, standardization, and creating a safe work environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.Develop and implement business and reliability plans for the Maintenance Department.Innovate and standardize work methods, ensure safety, and improve processes.Advise senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues.Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.Manage vendor relationships and leverage network size for economies of scale.Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safety practices.Develop and manage budget and contract documents.Provide visibility to Fulfillment Center General Managers on maintenance conduct.Recruit, interview, and hire talented Maintenance Managers and Area Managers.Contribute to the creation of a world-class Maintenance organization.Relocate as needed to meet organizational demands.
Essential Skills10+ years of experience managing large, complex facilities organizations.7+ years of senior management and leadership experience.Bachelor's Degree required.Experience leading maintenance teams in multiple site environments.Experience managing 80 or more employees, including salaried employees.Proficiency in maintenance management, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.Experience with material handling equipment and large, complex systems.Knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, and safety/ergonomic factors.Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
