Site Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager** Job Description Provide leadership, mentor, and manage site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers in the North American Fulfillment Network. Develop Maintenance Department business plans and guide their successful implementation. Create and implement reliability plans to increase the facility's uptime and drive maintenance best practices to innovate, document, improve work methods, and standardize processes. Ensure a safe work environment, train staff, and commission equipment while collecting, measuring, and analyzing key performance indicators to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities + Provide guidance to higher level leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and other analytical techniques. + Oversee budget development and execution, including capital planning. + Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to maximize economies of scale. + Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution, safe work practices, and training drills across the network. + Leverage the entire maintenance team for the benefit of the North American network. + Develop and manage budget and contract documents, including RFPs, change order controls, purchase orders, and invoicing. + Provide Fulfillment Center General Managers with visibility over the Conduct of Maintenance in their centers. + Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Area Manager roles. + Foster the development of a world-class Maintenance organization. + Be willing and able to relocate as necessary. Essential Skills + 10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations. + 7+ years of higher level management and leadership experience. + Bachelor's Degree required. + Experience in corporate and/or regional Maintenance roles leading 80 or more employees, including salaried staff. + Experience leading change and maintenance teams in multiple site environments. + 7+ years of experience managing employees and their performance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Proficient data analyst and new process developer. + Self-starter with evidence of driving goals with minimal supervision. + Experience with material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance. + Strong statistical analysis skills and knowledge of major MHE integrators. + Exposure to Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, cost/benefit analysis, labor productivity analysis, and safety/ergonomic factors. + Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL. + MBA or other Master's degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus. Work Environment The position is located in a highly complex automated distribution center, leading teams of over 80 technicians and providing daily support to 24/7 operations. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
