**Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager**
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to lead and mentor our site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. The successful candidate will develop and implement business and reliability plans to ensure the highest possible uptime of our facilities.
Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
+ Develop Maintenance Department business plans and guide their successful implementation.
+ Implement Reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
+ Drive maintenance best practices by innovating, documenting, and standardizing work methods.
+ Provide a safe work environment and require safe work practices.
+ Train staff, commission equipment, and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes.
+ Advise senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues.
+ Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
+ Manage vendor support and equipment relationships.
+ Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
+ Leverage the maintenance team for the benefit of the North American network.
+ Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, change orders, and purchase orders.
+ Provide Fulfillment Center General Managers with visibility over maintenance operations.
+ Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing talent in Maintenance Manager roles.
+ Contribute to creating a world-class Maintenance organization.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.
+ 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ Experience in corporate and/or regional Maintenance roles leading 80 or more employees, including salaried staff.
+ Experience leading change and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
+ 7+ years of experience managing employee performance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
+ Proficient in data analysis and new process development.
+ Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
+ Experience with material handling equipment and large integrated systems maintenance.
+ Knowledge of major MHE integrators.
+ Exposure to Lean Concepts, TOC, and various analyses such as cost/benefit and labor productivity.
+ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.
+ MBA or other Master’s degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus.

Work Environment
You will work in a highly complex automated distribution center leading teams of 80+ technicians providing support to 24/7 operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
Total Comp in year one -$200-220k
• Base Components:
o Base salary (typically capped around $150-170k)
o Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks)
• RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule
o RSU Vesting Schedule:
Year 1: 5% (split between 6 and 12 months)
Year 2: 15%
Year 3: 40%
Year 4: 40%
• Key Points to Emphasize:
o Total Compensation (TC) is the focus, not just base salary
o Stock has historically appreciated significantly (though past performance doesn't guarantee future results)
o RSUs are denominated in shares, not dollars, at time of grant
o Refresher grants typically start vesting after year 2
