Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 per year
Total Compensation (Year One): $200,000 – $220,000 (includes sign-on bonus and RSUs)

**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a seasoned Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a state-of-the-art distribution center. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in facilities management, reliability engineering, and team development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the North American network.
+ Develop and implement maintenance business plans and reliability strategies to maximize uptime.
+ Drive innovation and standardization in maintenance practices, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
+ Provide strategic guidance on equipment lifecycle and ROI-based decisions.
+ Oversee budget planning, capital execution, and vendor relationships.
+ Monitor and enforce safe work practices and training across the network.
+ Collaborate with site leadership to ensure alignment on maintenance operations.
+ Recruit and develop top-tier maintenance talent to build a world-class organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years managing large, complex facilities organizations.
+ 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
+ Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple sites with 80+ employees.
+ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
+ Expertise in material handling equipment and integrated systems.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
+ Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
+ Sign-On Bonus: Paid over the first two years
+ RSU (Restricted Stock Units): 4-year vesting schedule
+ Year 1: 5%
+ Year 2: 15%
+ Year 3: 40%
+ Year 4: 40%

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
Total Comp in year one -$200-220k
• Base Components:
o Base salary (typically capped around $150-170k)
o Sign-on bonus split over first two years (split evenly in their paychecks)
• RSU (Restricted Stock Units) grant over 4 years with a backloaded vesting schedule
o RSU Vesting Schedule:
Year 1: 5% (split between 6 and 12 months)
Year 2: 15%
Year 3: 40%
Year 4: 40%
