Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Provide leadership, mentor, and manage site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers in the North American Fulfillment Network. Develop Maintenance Department business plans and provide guidance for their successful implementation. Develop and implement Reliability plans to increase facility uptime. Drive maintenance Best Practices, innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, and ensure a safe work environment. Offer guidance to leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and other analytical techniques. Provide oversight for budget development and execution, and capital planning. Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to maximize economies of scale. Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices. Recruit, interview, and hire top talent in Maintenance roles. Create a world-class Maintenance organization.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Maintenance management and supervision.Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.Leadership and process improvement skills.10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.Bachelor's Degree required.Experience leading maintenance teams in multiple site environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.Proficient data analyst and new processes developer.Self-starter with minimal day-to-day supervision.Experience with material handling equipment and large systems maintenance.Knowledge of major MHE integrators.Exposure to Lean Concepts, TOC, and cost/benefit analysis.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.MBA or other Master’s degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
