The Site Coordinator at Aptiv is responsible for the operational management, coordination, and continuous improvement of the TCM, ensuring the reliable operation of laboratory services, IT infrastructure, and facility systems. This role acts as a key interface between engineering teams, IT organization, facilities service providers, and external suppliers to support a secure, efficient, and high-performance technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Center & Lab Operations
Management and coordination of calibration services for measurement and testing equipment used in engineering laboratories and production-related activities.
Internal facility technician for lab and technical areas, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of high-security areas, laboratories, and special engineering zones.
IT & Digital Infrastructure Coordination
Planning, procurement, and lifecycle management of IT equipment, mobile phones, and related assets.
Local execution and coordination of IT projects at the site level, aligned with corporate IT standards.
Primary interface to the global IT organization, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and timely implementation of solutions.
Acting as Local Information Security Officer, ensuring compliance with information security policies and site-level controls.
Facilities & Vendor Management
Overall responsibility for the operation and availability of critical infrastructure systems, including UPS systems, air conditioning, access control, surveillance cameras, intrusion protection and fire alarm systems
Planning and leading renovation projects, space optimization initiatives, and workplace transformations (e.g., shared desks, collaborative areas, secure environments).
Core interface and point of contact for facility service providers and additional suppliers within the site and facilities scope.
Coordination and supervision of external vendors related to infrastructure, maintenance, IT, and lab services.
Procurement & Process Management
Acting as APA (Acquisition Process Analyst) for engineering groups and special materials.
Planning, procurement, and budget control for technical, IT, and facility-related resources.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related
Kowledge in IT equipments/laboratory
English fluent required
