**Job Purpose:**
Lead and oversee full‑scope facility management operations across **seven sites spanning multiple states** , ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with DHL CRE Facility Management standards.
Manage technical and infrastructural FM services (Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Occupancy Optimization), driving performance through data, KPIs, and standardized processes.
Serve as the primary FM business partner to site leadership, ensuring operational continuity, safe working environments, cost optimization, and high‑quality service delivery through both internal teams and third‑party service providers.
**Your Tasks:**
+ Execute the global FM guideline and maintenance plan consistently across all assigned sites, ensuring standardized compliance, documentation quality, and audit readiness.
+ Develop annual FM operating budgets across all supported sites; track, forecast, and report variances monthly.
+ Lead vendor governance through structured performance reviews, scorecards, SLAs, and KPI monitoring across multiple states and service categories.
+ Conduct regular site visits (e.g., monthly/quarterly depending on risk) to assess facility condition, operational readiness, and adherence to FM standards.
+ Coordinate repairs, small works, and lifecycle replacement projects, ensuring alignment with CRE engineering and project management teams.
+ Act as primary point of escalation for unplanned facility events, after hours emergencies, and business continuity issues.
+ Partner with Operations leaders to understand business cycles, capacity requirements, and ensure facilities support operational performance and safety.
+ Manage environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and energy reduction programs across the portfolio.
+ Maintain data accuracy in FM systems (e.g., Planon, or internal DHL systems), including asset registers, PM schedules, service records, and financial entries.
**Your Profile:**
+ More than 5 years of related experience preferably in warehouse/ business office/ real estate environment; with construction project management, space planning and facilities management experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
+ Desirable Facilities Management Certification
