This position is responsible for performing a variety of specialized administrative and office support functions pertaining to site operations.

Responsibilities Assists site management with administrative duties including but not limited to: data entry/reporting, correspondence, managing the site calendar, managing project specific A/P and A/R, employee timekeeping, and procurementReviews weekly interim and monthly project specific cost coding data for accuracyActs as an HR liaison ensuring that HR policies, procedures, updates, or events are communicated to all project specific personnel in a timely and efficient mannerAssists HR with new hire onboarding at project site locationActs proactively to ensure travel arrangements and accompanying paperwork for travelling employees are completed in a timely manner Assists with requesting and updating employee site access including security badges (where applicable)Oversees and maintains a neat, clean, and fully stocked site trailer (office)Manages shipping and postal accounts, sorts and distributes all incoming mail and parcels; maintains office mailing and shipping suppliesOrganizes and handles plans, specifications, and personnel information that might be confidentialProvides excellent customer service to Charah employees, customers, vendors, and site visitorsPerform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management Qualifications Valid driver’s license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 2 years administrative support experience requiredPrior experience in ash management, waste, civil-type construction or related environment preferredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExcellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required Work Environment & Conditions

Working Environment:

Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsThis position primarily requires working in a construction trailer (internal office setting); however, if you are required to go out onto the job site, you could be subject to atmospheric conditions - one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system/skin: fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
