This person will be responsible for assisting the RPLS Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing survey projects while managing office and field staff. This person will be overseeing project surveying services, mentoring team members, and maintaining relationships in the field and with clients. Skills and Requirements SIT (Surveying In Training) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Professional experience in engineering and surveying projects Experience managing field surveys with field crew managers Experience supporting research & data analysis for property boundaries and land records Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in softwares like AutoCAD, Carlson C&G, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office Experience working with Microstation and/or OpenRoads (ORD)
