**Job Title: Sit Down Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in our warehouse. You will be responsible for packing, cycle counting, and ensuring efficient UPS shipping processes. This role requires strong communication skills as you will interact with other sites and customers via phone, email, and Teams. **Responsibilities** + Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently. + Perform accurate inventory management and cycle counting. + Communicate effectively with other sites and customers via phone, email, and Teams. + Handle UPS shipping processes. + Lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of warehouse experience. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures. + Strong inventory management skills. + Ability to pick and pack efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 years of general warehouse experience. + Preferably bilingual. + Strong computer and data input skills. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work in a global company with operations in 21 countries. The environment is hot and loud but organized, requiring steel-toe shoes. The shifts are available from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with possible extension to 5:30 PM) or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. All roles have a hard stop at 5:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
