Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team by managing and maintaining a comprehensive supplier master database, critical for the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.

Responsibilities

Analyze, research, and process requests to add, change, or inactivate suppliers systemwide, adhering to established policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.Interact with both internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with auditing controls and regulatory guidelines.Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in responsibilities to meet team needs.

Essential Skills

5-10 years of related work experienceExcellent and extensive analytical and organizational skillsCustomer service-orientedProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)Attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong time management abilitiesProblem-solving skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with data entry and Excel data entryCapability to work independently as a self-starter

Work Environment

The role is based at APC Corporate HQ and requires the ability to work on-site for 8 hours per day. The work environment is dynamic, involving high-volume transactions, and requires the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cahaba Heights, AL 35243.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
