EL Authorized Ongoing Professional collaboration Development of small learning communities Standards based instruction and curriculum Research based instructional strategies Multiple formative assessments Basic computer programs such as PowerSchools, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel Working with at-risk youth/working at a Title I school, working with special needspopulations. Multicultural education Secondary Literacy implementation.
