Job Title: Simulink Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Simulink Developer to join our team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Simulink models that support embedded control and system functionality. You will play a key role in generating embedded software, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with various teams to meet verification objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, enhance, and maintain Simulink models supporting embedded control and system functionality.
+ Generate embedded software via autocode/embedded code generation from Simulink models using toolchains like Embedded Coder/Simulink Coder.
+ Utilize Model Advisor to enforce model standards, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
+ Review generated code quality and resolve findings using Code Inspector or equivalent code compliance tooling.
+ Support simulation-based validation activities, including SIL, and ensure models are testable and traceable.
+ Collaborate with systems, controls, and verification teams to align model behavior with requirements and verification objectives.
+ Maintain documentation and configuration discipline for models, scripts, and generated artifacts as part of a controlled workflow.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing in MATLAB/Simulink.
+ 3 years of demonstrated experience with embedded code generation/autocode from models.
+ 3 years of experience using Model Advisor to assess and enforce model standards.
+ 3 years of experience using Code Inspector or comparable tooling to review generated code and address findings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with SIL validation approaches and toolchains for simulation-based verification workflows.
+ Familiarity with coverage/verification reporting in a model-based context.
+ Experience with requirements traceability workflows in an ALM toolchain.
+ Experience working in configuration-controlled environments with version control and disciplined review processes.

The company has a strong track record of successful safety-critical programs and long-standing relationships with major OEMs and Tier-1 aerospace suppliers.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $66.00/hr.
