**What you’ll be doing**
At Simplii Financial, we provide personalized, simple, yet flexible digital experiences for our clients, and accelerate revenue growth for our bank. Our client-centered approach builds relationships and improves sales and service through our digital and contact centre channels. The Simplii Digital Sales team works closely with a variety of stakeholders (Product, Growth Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Contact Centre, Creative and Technical teams, and 3rd party vendors) to design and build digital marketing campaigns across channels to increase product sales and client engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Distribution & Sales, you will work collaboratively with key functional lines and teams that build and execute on product and sales strategies who are constantly evaluating new opportunities for growth.
_At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._
**Important information**
+ You are enrolled in a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field at the time of the work term, with a graduation date no earlier than June 2026.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Project Management** – Responsible for supporting and managing the delivery of Simplii Digital Campaigns from planning through execution –this requires good project management skills to ensure campaigns are proceeding according to plan, getting campaigns back on track and communicating the updated calendar to all stakeholders frequently.
+ **Execution** – Own the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns; from the development of campaign Discoveries (communications plan, client journey mapping, and delivery plans), project managing the execution of the campaign, and measuring campaign performance to provide learning and insights.
+ **Reporting, Research and Analysis** –Conduct regular competitor scans and in-depth campaign performance analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations towards campaign iteration.
+ **Communication** – Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration across team members, and keeping stakeholders informed about campaign progress and milestones
+ **Stakeholder Management** – Create and maintain functional relationships, and manage expectations with Simplii teams, including Simplii Product & Growth teams, Optimization team, and Analytics & Insights team to ensure campaigns meet growth objectives and product goals
+ **Innovation** – Introduce new ideas to the team – we are a team who is constantly looking for ways to innovate and advance our business and are always looking to explore fresh ideas.
