We are hiring an Enablement Services Lead for our GlobalView division.
This role will lead the strategic oversight and governance of the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the GlobalView (SAP) solution delivered by system integrators. Act as the principal authority and gatekeeper for implementation quality, and strategic coach to system integrator consultants, ensuring alignment with ADP’s global design standards, local statutory requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations before service transition.
As a secondary role, support sales pursuit as one of the Implementation Subject Matter Expert for ADP’s GlobalView solution, engaging with executive-level clients to articulate the solution’s value proposition and implementation strategy. Collaborate strategically with system integrators to shape and influence solution proposals, thereby enhancing client confidence and driving successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with system integrators at both the project team and executive levels, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the escalation lead on behalf of ADP for system integrator issues, representing ADP’s interests to ensure timely resolution and alignment with project objectives.
• Validate key solution deliverables, including contracts, solution designs, and blueprints, ensuring compliance with ADP’s quality standards.
• Audit solution designs, including blueprints, interface specifications, authorization matrices, and testing outcomes (Unit, UAT, Parallel), to mitigate risks and ensure quality.
• Monitor data conversion accuracy and readiness for go-live.
• Participate in quality gates, milestone reviews, and risk assessments, providing strategic input to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for the System Integrator’s coaching function, providing strategic guidance to project teams on adherence to key implementation guardrails and SAP “golden rules” to ensure successful solution delivery and compliance with agreed-upon boundaries.
• Key stakeholder in the knowledge transfer sessions with system integrators and internal service teams to ensure operational readiness and continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with System Integrators, T2S Managers, and ADP Service leadership to ensure smooth transition and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by providing strategic feedback and evolving QA standards and methodologies.
• Partner with Sales and System Integrators in client pursuits to articulate ADP GlobalView solution and delivery methodology.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP functional experience with demonstrated leadership in GlobalView implementations.
• Proven track record as a senior lead consultant or senior advisor in quality assurance, testing, or solution audit within complex SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of GlobalView’s SAP golden rules, implementation methodologies, standard templates, and product guidelines.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and executive-level communication skills.
• Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships, including direct engagement with clients during pre-sales and solution presentation phases.
