You"ll play a key role in evaluating supplier inputs, understanding manufacturing cost drivers, and providing insights that support sourcing, engineering, and finance teams. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain Should Cost models for key components and assemblies * Analyze supplier quotes and manufacturing methods to identify cost drivers * Interpret technical drawings and part prints to support accurate cost assumptions * Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Finance to validate and refine models * Present data-driven insights during supplier and internal discussions * Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and progress Required Qualifications: * BS degree in engineering or similar relevant field desired * 5 or more years of experience with part cost estimation and should cost modeling * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and layouts * Strong analytical and communication skills * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications: * Background in manufacturing process engineering and quality engineering * Familiarity with GE Aviation systems, parts, or processes * Active or eligible for U.S. Security Clearance Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
