Our client is seeking a General Labor/ Repack - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a General Labor/ Repack, you will be part of the Production department supporting the overall efficiency and quality of operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** General Labor/ Repack - 2nd Shift
**Location:** Walker, MI
**Pay Rate: $17.50**
**Shift:** 3:00 PM - 1:10 AM, Monday to Thursday
**What's the Job?**
+ Build boxes, paper skids, and support any dunnage activities as needed.
+ Pack and secure parts in the pack station using banding tools.
+ Inspect and perform quality checks of parts being packed.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S standards.
+ Accurately report production quantities into the MRP system.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules and production instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
+ Willingness to work in a loud environment and adhere to PPE standards.
