Shopper Marketing Manager & Category Strategy CZ/SK/HU (m/f/x)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Shopper Marketing & Category Strategy Manager to lead our strategic initiatives across a cluster of CZ SK HU markets. This role is crucial for translating brand strategies into impactful retail activations that drive shopper engagement and deliver commercial objectives within the assigned territories.

Strategic Planning & Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive annual shopper marketing strategies and plans. This includes identifying key shopper insights, market trends, and retail opportunities to maximize category growth and brand presence across diverse trade channels.

Campaign Innovation & Execution:

Lead the end-to-end creation, and optimization of innovative shopper marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations. Ensure these programs are tailored to local market nuances while maintaining global brand guidelines and delivering a consistent brand experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster strong collaborative relationships with local Sales, Category, Brand Marketing, and Trade Marketing & Category Planning & Activation teams. Work closely with external agencies and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and integration of shopper programs.

Budget Management & ROI:

Effectively manage and allocate shopper marketing budgets across CZ SK HU markets, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, measure ROI, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Market & Shopper Insights:

Use data and insights to understand shopper behaviour, motivations, and path to purchase across the markets. Translate these insights into compelling strategies that influence purchase decisions and enhance the shopper experience at the point of sale.

Category Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute long term category growth strategies that align with overall business objectives concretely and minimally for TOP Customers.

Analyze market trends, consumer and shopper insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Team:

Lead, motivate and develop teams and direct reports to higher strategic and proactive level to achieve KPIs
