**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The Shop position involves performing a variety of tasks including measuring, assembling, and installing doors onto door panels, as well as packaging and palletizing. This role requires proficiency in using a measuring tape, hand and power tools, and carpentry equipment. The ability to lift materials periodically throughout the day is essential. You will be an integral part of the team, cross-trained in various roles to support different departments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure and assemble components accurately.
+ Install doors onto door panels.
+ Package and palletize products for shipment.
+ Use a measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools efficiently.
+ Follow written instructions and utilize carpentry equipment.
+ Lift materials periodically throughout the day.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to follow written instructions.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Comprehension skills.
+ Assembly skills.
+ Experience with pneumatic tools and saw operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in woodworking, construction, or building is a plus.
+ Experience using pneumatic tools is advantageous.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
