**Job Title: Shop Worker** **Job Description** The Shop position will be responsible for a variety of duties including measuring, assembly, installing products, and some packaging and palletizing. This requires the use of a measuring tape, hand and power tools, following written instructions, utilizing carpentry equipment, and the ability to lift materials periodically throughout the day. In preparing the product for shipments, you will be a core part of the team and cross-trained in various roles to support different departments. **Responsibilities** + Measure materials using a tape measure and square. + Assemble and install product. + Package and palletize products for shipment. + Use hand and power tools proficiently. + Follow written instructions accurately. + Utilize carpentry and pneumatic equipment. + Read and comprehend written instruction. + Operate saws and other tools safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to follow written instructions. + Strong comprehension and work in a fast pace environment. + Experience in assembly and pneumatic tool usage. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in woodworking, construction, or building is advantageous. + Experience with pneumatic tools is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
