Shop Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Shop Production Supervisor will oversee production employees, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner. This role is responsible for all aspects of hiring, firing, and employee onboarding and training. The supervisor will ensure production goals and metrics are met on time to meet customer demand and partner with other departments for effective coordination.

Work Environment and Shift

The work environment is a non-airconditioned distribution/manufacturing site with 20 direct reports.

Employees should be prepared for a dynamic and active setting.

Mon to Fri, 6:45AM - 3:45PM\t\t

15 minutes prior to shift to start up and stay 15 minutes after to close shop

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pinellas Park,FL.
