Caulk and bondo fabricated products such as metal railings, fence,s and steel stairs. Responsibilities: Washes steel tubing to remove grease.Caulks and Bondo’s fabricated products, such as metal railings, fences, and steel stairs.Grinds and polishes metal products with electrical hand grinders.Cuts metal material to size using various cutting machines – must be able to read a tape measure to 16ths of an inch.Keeps shop clean, including sweeping, emptying trash, etc.Occasionally drives company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials and supplies. Job includes heavy lifting.  Overhead cranes are used.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.Occasionally work outside as an installer’s helper. Qualifications and Requirements: Good math skills are required, especially with fractions and decimalsMechanical ability and experience with hand and electrical tools neededGood attendance is essentialA valid Wisconsin driver’s license with an excellent driving record is requiredLoads and unloads trucks and stores incoming steel material in racks with the use of an overhead crane.Forklift experience is helpfulAbility to stand, lift, and work at varying temperaturesA positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance are required Benefits and Perks: $19 per hourHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance401K with company matchTraining & Growth Your New Organization:Is a Milwaukee-based metal fabricator with over 60 years of experience, specializing in custom design,Fabrication and installation of metal stairs, railings, and miscellaneous steel for both commercial and residential projects.  Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
