**Now hiring a Shop Mechanic in the Camp Hill, PA area** **Job Description** The shop mechanic will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling electric motors and pumps. The role requires strong mechanical experience. Additionally, the mechanic will test electro-mechanical rotating equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods (AC/DC). **Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm** **Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour** **Responsibilities** + Disassemble and reassemble electric motors and pumps. + Clean and repair mechanical and electrical components. + Troubleshoot and test electro-mechanical rotating equipment using AC/DC methods. + Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electrical parts, including brushes, bearings, gears, seals, and more. + Operate specialized repair and testing equipment such as test panels, surge testers, core loss testers, and more.. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Camp Hill, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $61000.00/yr.
