Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our team in installing conveyor belt systems across various industries including lumber mills, produce markets, mines, sand/gravel sites, and food processing plants. The role begins with a 3-4 month training period in the shop, where you will build and repair belts and rubber components. Your responsibilities will include fabricating, installing, and repairing conveyor systems and other rubber products. You will also manage incoming parts, materials, and supplies, maintain the stock area, prepare sales orders, and handle orders, stock, and supplies delivery.

Electrical repair and troubleshooting.Experience with assembly, hand tools, and power tools.Strong mathematical skills.Leadership skills with a desire to advance and lead a crew.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Mechanical knowledge including diesel, hydraulics, welding.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Great attention to detail.Strong mechanical aptitudeMotivation and willingness to learn.Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights.Clean driving record and ability to drive service trucks.Ability to lift 50lbs constantly.Experience in construction or similar trades is beneficial.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
