**Job Title: Shop Mechanic** **Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday** **Pat rate: $20-$25/hour to start** **Job Description** As a Shop Mechanic, you will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling electric motors and pumps. You will also test electro-mechanical rotating equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods such as AC/DC. This role requires a strong mechanical background with some electrical knowledge preferred. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble electric motors and pumps for cleaning and repair. + Reassemble components after repairs. + Conduct grinding as necessary. + Test electro-mechanical rotating equipment for troubleshooting. + Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electrical parts and assemblies. **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to work in a growing company with flexible hours available for proven employees.
