Job Title: Shop Manager - $75k - $85k

Job Description

As a Shop Manager, you will oversee and manage four shops and a preassembly area while managing up to 75 employees throughout the plant. You will be responsible for scheduling, planning, training, hiring, and firing, as well as handling disciplinary actions. This role requires you to spend 70% of your time in the office and 30% on the shop floor, utilizing Microsoft Office for operational tasks.

This position operates on a night shift from Monday to Thursday, from 4 PM to 2:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
