Drybar Charleston is hiring a Shop Manager / Lead Stylist who is equally passionate about guest experience, team leadership, and business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to lead a shop like it’s their own, deliver ah-MAY-zing blowouts, and build a team that wins.

As Shop Manager, you are responsible for:

Running smooth daily operations, andDriving the business forward through strong leadership, coaching, and KPI execution.

You will lead the shop to achieve monthly goals in:
