We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper with a mechanical inclination and an interest in assisting with the operation of a burn table. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in industrial manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation of a burn/laser table.Utilize crane/jib to move plates and cut parts.Manage steel plate inventory.Load and unload machines efficiently.Stack finished parts on pallets.Move inventory using a forklift.Essential SkillsMechanical inclination and aptitude.1-3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.Proficiency with hand tools.Basic math comprehension and ability to read measurements on a tape measure.Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in metal fabrication and industrial manufacturing processes.Experience with power tools and steel manufacturing.Familiarity with blueprint reading and fabrication.Knowledge of laser operation, plasma cutting, and burn table functions.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
