**Job Title: Shop Helper: Buffalo, MN: Pay $22 to $25 per hour** Job Description The shop helper will be responsible for various duties around the shop, including saw operating, material handling, assembly, and cutting metal bars. The role involves minimal maintenance on equipment, with parts being made for aerospace and defense-related clients. Responsibilities + Operate saws and handle materials safely and efficiently. + Assemble components and cut metal bars as required. + Perform minimal maintenance on shop equipment. + Ensure quality and precision in all tasks related to aerospace and defense parts. Essential Skills + Over 1 year of manufacturing experience in machine operating, assembly, or shop helper roles. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. + Experience with Mastercam, mill, lathe, and CNC programming.
