We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a general labor position in a contract-to-hire role. This position involves assisting with repairs around the facility, cleaning equipment upon arrival and departure, and engaging in tasks suited for someone with a mechanical inclination and familiarity with a shop environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with repairs around the facility.Clean equipment when it arrives and before it goes out.Engage in general labor tasks including disassembly and assembly.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Essential SkillsExperience in general labor and shop assistance.Ability to clean and maintain equipment.Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform small repairs.Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a shop environment is preferred.Familiarity with mechanical tasks and equipment repair.

Work Environment
Work in a medium to large manufacturing facility with around 75 employees, focusing on the fabrication of overhead cranes from scratch. The facility is non-climate controlled, and personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, is required.

Pay and Benefits
