Job Title: Fabrication Helper

Job Description

As a Fabrication Helper, you will primarily operate CNC machines and assist the fabrication department by drilling holes. You will perform visual inspections using calipers and utilize hand-held grinders, working with aluminum and steel materials. Being mechanically inclined and open to supporting secondary operations, such as cutting with saws, is essential for this role.

This role operates within a heavy manufacturing environment with a steel open-air shop. The work is fast-paced and job-oriented, based on concert flow, and can be hot, especially when working outside in the sun. The standard working hours are 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of working on Saturdays, totaling 45-50 hours weekly. Steel toe boots are required, and a blueprint test will be conducted during the interview to assess your ability to interpret and execute tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
