**Job Title: Shop Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our team at our shop in Hanover, PA. This role involves welding, grinding, and assisting wherever needed in the shop. **Responsibilities** + Perform lifting and bending as needed. + Adhere to structured production timelines independently. + Work collaboratively with a group but manage tasks independently. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in welding, construction, concrete, machine operation, or assembly manufacturing. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and remain in bent or kneeling positions for extended periods. + Experience with pre-cast concrete processes. **Why Work Here?** Our team offers a robust benefits package, including 401(k), dental, disability, and health insurance, as well as paid time off and vision insurance. Employees will work on an assembly line setting up walls and pouring concrete as needed. The role requires wearing a hard hat, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. Tools such as a Speed Square, Hammer, Utility Knife, adjustable wrench, Tie Wire Pliers, and Side Cutters are essential and must be acquired within two days of starting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
