**Shop Helper** **Paying $21.00/ HR** **Location - Portland, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Paint blend operator position. + Complete daily orders consisting of mixed paint. + Use of industrial paint mixers capable of mixing 30-60 gallons of paint and additives. + Experience using industrial paint mixers and blenders is required. + Daily lifting of 5 gallon buckets of paint, pouring into mixing machinery. + Mixing & blending of paints per customer order. + Re-filling paint containers and labeling for shipment. + Receiving production from incoming trailers using forklifts, manual pallet jacks, hand trucks etc. + Pulling orders for will call, palletizing for shipping etc. using paper order sheets. + Assisting loading and unloading of product as needed. + General cleanup of work area. **Qualifications:** + Must be comfortable lifting 60 lbs. to shoulder height regularly throughout the day. + Must be comfortable working around strong paint fumes throughout the day (masks and respirators are provided as requested). + Paint mixing experience. **Shift:** Day Shift - Flexible start times. + 8am - 4:30pm M-F. + 7am - 3:30pm M-F. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Great opportunity for advancement and mobility.
