Temporary position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftThe Shop Hand supports daily shop operations by assisting with the maintenance, repair, and preparation of compression and industrial equipment used in oil and gas operations. This role plays a key part in keeping the shop organized, safe, and operating efficiently while supporting technicians and field personnel.
Shop Hand Qualifications:
Previous shop, oilfield, or industrial experience preferred but not required
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug test
